Opt-in method (single path — operator-assisted consent)

Naomi uses one opt-in method: direct consent collected by the operator before a number is activated for SMS summaries.

Consent conversation: Before any summary texts are sent, the participant speaks with the operator (David Kay) and verbally agrees to receive automated post-call SMS summaries from Naomi (Communications Assistant) at their mobile number.
Disclosures given at consent: The operator states that message frequency varies, message and data rates may apply, the participant can reply STOP to opt out, and points to this page plus the Privacy Policy and Terms linked above.
Registry entry: Only after verbal agreement, the operator adds the participant’s E.164 mobile number (example: +12065551234) to the SMS opt-in registry with opt-status = IN.
First message: The first summary SMS may be sent after the next qualifying call ends. Each message includes “Reply STOP to opt out.”

Consent is affirmative and specific to Naomi / David Kay — it is not pre-checked, not bundled with unrelated services, and not obtained through affiliate or third-party lead forms.

Wording varies by call. Every message includes opt-out language.
